Support Analyst

Andrea Chermak holds Bachelors Degrees in English and Political Science from SUNY Potsdam.  She specializes in analysis of survey results by creating graphs and reports and has collaborated on the development of job descriptions.  Andrea also evaluates project results, reviews and edits proposals, and prepares invoices and contracts.  Over the years, she’s helped CMS develop and prepare training materials for Lean Manufacturing, Quality, and Lean in Health Care.

A native of Rochester, New York, Andrea is married and the mother of two very active children.
