Director of Lean Initiatives

For more than 30 years, Brad Horton has provided Lean improvement support to organizations in Rochester, Canada, China, and Mexico.  His lively presentations are known for their pragmatic insight, practical approach, and immediate value.  A graduate of SUNY Brockport, he’s also a board member of the Mid-Atlantic Region Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME).  Brad teaches APICS, CIRM and CPIM Certification courses and was part of a team that developed the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s (NIST’s) series of Lean Manufacturing courses.  He is a certified instructor for these courses.  

In his spare time, Brad enjoys jazz, reading mysteries, and playing with his grandchildren.  However, he tends to make play time function in a Lean fashion.
