Senior Industrial Engineer

Earning a Master’s Degree in Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology led Mark to 16 years of implementing process improvements in the manufacturing, financial, and healthcare industries.  He has extensive experience with plant layout and implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.  Mark has dramatically reduced cycle times by implementing cellular manufacturing, improving material flow and material handling, and optimizing facility design. In healthcare, Mark has worked with a home healthcare provider to increase efficiency in the delivery of home care.  Working with cross-functional teams, initiatives were launched to analyze operations and develop effective solutions.  Another project involved streamlining a healthcare organization’s medical orders paperwork process to achieve a 60% reduction in throughput time for a new medical order, as well as a reduction in the number of processing errors.

When he's not busy with our clients, Mark is active in his local church and as a volunteer coach.  Most evenings, you'll find him and his wife on an athletic field somewhere, cheering on one of their four children.
