President

Tony Carlisi has helped more than 250 companies in manufacturing, distribution, financial services and health care to successfully implement improvements.  Beginning with product development teams at Corning, Tony moved on to management at Xerox, followed by a few years as Vice President of the RIT Research Corporation. His strong entrepreneurial nature demanded a creative outlet and he founded CMS Consulting Group in 1988.  Tony’s down-to-earth attitude and eagerness to go the extra mile make him the ideal consultant. Over the last forty years, he’s become a distinguished leader of the Rochester business community and an active supporter of many local organizations. 

Tony’s willingness to take chances isn’t confined to his business.  The same adventurous spirit has taken his wife and him through Alaska’s Inside Passage, to the Grand Canyon, and on many trips to Disney World with their grandchildren.
