Training Solutions

The CMS training program offers a broad curriculum that includes elements of World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office/Services, and ISO/Quality Systems.  These courses are customized to address your specific needs. 

When offered on site at your facility, we intersperse classroom style instruction with field exercises that enable participants to apply the concepts presented to actual work conditions.  We highly recommend customizing training presentations to your company's products and services.  This enables participants to understand the concepts faster and integrate them better into their work routine.

Other training and implementation are available based on the result of a skill assessment conducted by your company and CMS.  Because we recognize that each organization requires a training program tailored to their own objectives, our courses, schedules and locations are flexible.
